Nicholas "Nick" C. Sellers

Nicholas C. “Nick” Sellers, age 39, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away at his home on Monday, January 23, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. Born in Waynesboro, PA, on April 3, 1983, he was the son of Gregory L. Sellers (wife Vicky) and Cherie J. Clippinger (husband Charles).

Nick was a 2001 graduate of James Buchanan High School and YTI Motorcycle School. He last worked as the owner operator of his janitorial business in Florida. Nick enjoyed visiting with friends and family, watching movies, and playing video games.

In addition to his parents, step-mother and step-father, Nick is survived by his maternal grandmother, Delores J. Shindle; a brother, Shane G. Sellers (wife Paula); step- grandmother, Judy Sellers; two half-brothers, Gregory L. Sellers (wife Autumn), and Zach Honeycutt (wife Erin); step-brother, Adam Flood (wife Tina); step –sister, Renee Bombita (husband Erick), and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Paul Kiner; Ronald Byers grandfather; maternal grandfather, Donald E. Shindle; uncle, Jeffrey E. Shindle, and his cousin, Joshua L. Shindle. Paternal grandparents Janet McLaughlin and Richard Sellers; uncle Wade Schroyer.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023, at 1 PM at the Harold M. Zimmerman and Son funeral Home, Inc., 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle, PA, where Pastor David Grove will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 6- 8 PM in the above funeral home and address. Interment will follow the service in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
