Leanne E. Shives

LeAnne Elizabeth Shives, age 36, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away at Full Circle Residence in Chambersburg, PA on Monday, December 13, 2021. Born April 2, 1985, in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of David Shives of State Line, PA and Donna and Andy Oyler, of State Line, PA.

A 2006 graduate of the Franklin Learning Center, Leanne enjoyed music, taking walks, and spending time with loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Marcia Kolakowski and her husband Sean of Middletown, PA and her caregivers, Deana Shaeffer and Bonnie Miller; and her paternal grandmother Catherine Shives and maternal grandmother Patricia Tresler. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 10 AM at the Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle, PA 17225, where Mr. Casey Campbell will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests bringing a Christmas Ornament to decorate a Christmas Tree in honor of LeAnne.
