Bryon K. Smith

Bryon K. Smith left this world for a better place on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 67 years old. The last few years of Bryon’s life were full of physical hardships, but he is now free from that most difficult part of his journey. His wife, Nancy looks forward to the day when they are reunited on the other side.

Bryon is survived by his sons, Waylon K. Smith and his wife, Shannon and their daughter, Quinn and Kyle L. Smith and his wife, Arys O’brien and their children, Inga and Oberon; his sister, Brenda Shaver; brother, Dale W. Sheller and his wife, Ann and their two children, Jason and Sarah.

Bryon loved his God and loved his family. He was an avid Football fan (“Go Blue”) and admired the beauty of the natural world. He worked as a truck driver to provide for his family. He competed in State and National competitions, earning multiple state titles and a national title. All those who knew him, knew the depth of his character and will greatly miss him. He is our Champion.
