Paul Dayton Buzza

Paul Dayton Buzza, age 64, of Greencastle, PA, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at his residence from a long battle with cancer. Born June 23, 1961, in Pottsville, PA, he was the son of the late Harry and Beth Speidel Buzza.

Mr. Buzza served proudly in the United States Air Force from 1979 to 1985. After serving his country, he went on to college at Penn State University, where he earned an associates degree. He worked as a control technician for Allegany Power for 39 years until he was diagnosed with cancer. He was a member of the American Legion Post 38 in Schuylkill, PA, for 36 years. Paul really loved cooking with his wife, Jeannine; taking walks in the woods with his dog, Pheonix; hiking; and visiting his family’s cabin in New York.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jeannine Buzza; stepson, Joshua Bubeck; 2 granddaughters, Alexa and Evelyn; 2 sisters- in-law, Barbara Buzza and Janice Bubeck; 3 brothers in-law, Jeff Seigel, Chuck Seigel, and Mike Bubeck, and his dog, Pheonix. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Buzza.

Services and interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, Inc., Greencastle, PA.
