Kimberly D. Eshleman, age 62, was called home by her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at UPMC West Shore Hospital and is now in the arms of Jesus. Born August 5, 1963, in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of Carolyn Warren Bingaman and the late Charles “Bing” Bingaman.
Kim was a 1981 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim Senior High School. A caring person and amazing host, Kim along with her husband, owned and operated Mrs. Gibble’s Restaurant. She was a member of Antrim Brethren in Christ Church. Kim enjoyed serving others, working puzzles, reading, watching her children’s sporting events, and she especially cherished time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Kim is survived by her loving husband, Rodney E. Eshleman, whom she married on September 27, 1981; five children, Tabitha R. Baer (Josh) of Greencastle, PA, Aimee S. Eshleman of Dillsburg, PA, Aindrea R. Cordell (Brad) of Greencastle, PA, Stefan E. Eshleman (Emily) of Greencastle, PA, and Dr. Kortney P. Hurley (Aaron) of Greencastle, PA; two bonus daughters, Kim “Shan” Best of Stroudsburg, PA and Angie Gaido of Dillsburg, PA; 12 grandchildren, Zach, Kae, Hayden, Harper, Kirstin, Eli, Jairus, Abbie, Henley, Alan, Logan, and Allie; three siblings, Tim Bingaman of Marietta, GA, Wendy Hart (Tom) of Greencastle, PA, and Barry Bingaman (Lisa) of Springville, AL; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 11 AM at Antrim Brethren in Christ Church, 24 Kauffman Rd. East, Chambersburg, PA 17202, where Pastor Casey Hurst will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 17 from 5-8 PM and on Wednesday, March 18 one hour prior to the service at the church above. Interment will follow the service at Beautiful View Cemetery, Middleburg, MD. Arrangements are entrusted to the Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, Inc., Greencastle, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Monarch’s Way, 7456 Angle Rd., Chambersburg, PA 17202. Online condolences may be expressed on Kim’s page at www.zimmermanfh.com.
