Anna B. (Starliper) Suders, age 73 of Marion, PA died Sunday afternoon, October 8, 2017 in the Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD after being involved in an automobile accident earlier in the day  on WCN Drive Chambersburg, PA.

Born May 2, 1944 in Kauffman, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul C. and Ellen M. (Barnes) Starliper. She married her husband Franklin Leroy Suders Jr. in June 1972.

Anna was currently working at Shank’s Refrigeration Services of Marion and had been formerly employed with Franklin County and at the former Mechanics Building and Loan in Chambersburg.

She was attending the Antrim Brethren In Christ Church near Chambersburg and in her younger years attended the Ebenezer “Guitners” United Brethren Church near Greencastle. Anna graduated in 1962 from Greencastle-Antrim High School.

Surviving family in addition to her husband are one son Michael A. Suders and wife Kristina of Marion, PA, one grandson Austin Suders of Marion, PA, one sister Betty J. Elliott of Greencastle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Glenn W. Starliper, Raymond S. Starliper and a sister Patricia Bupp.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 14 at 11:00 AM  at the Antrim Brethren In Christ Church 24 Kauffman Rd. East Chambersburg with Rev. Darrell Baer officiating. There will be no public viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the American Heart Association 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603 or to the Marion Volunteer Fire Co.
