Peggy N. (Nesbitt) Frank, age 80 of Waynesboro, PA entered eternal rest on Friday morning March 23, 2018.  Although she had been in declining health the past several years, she was lovingly cared for at home by her husband Ramsey L. Frank.

Born October 21, 1937 in Wheeling, WV, she was the daughter of the Walter E. and Margaret (Edwards) Nesbitt. She married the love of her life Ramsey on August 29, 1959. They experienced wedded bliss for 58 years.

She was member for 32 years of the Main Street United Methodist Church in South Boston VA, where she and her husband formerly lived. Peggy was a 24 year breast cancer survivor and was an active member of the Cumberland Valley Breast Cancer Awareness in Hagerstown, MD

Peggy was a lifelong homemaker and graduated from Penn State University in 1960. She was a member of the Penn State Alumni Association and a member of the Phi Mu Sorority. 

Peggy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and always put her family first- raising her two children and doting on her three grandchildren.  She enjoyed antique auctions, bargain shopping, and watching sentimental Hallmark movies.  Making memories with her family at home, in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and many Florida destinations was her passion.

Surviving family in addition to her husband are one daughter Debra Frank Turner (Todd) of Tampa, FL; one son Mark Nelson Frank (Lisa) of Waynesboro; three grandchildren, Jack Nelson Koehler, Lauren Elsie Koehler, Faith Virginia Frank, one sister-in-law, Connie Frank and one brother-in-law Doug Frank, both of Waynesboro.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 27 at 11:00 AM at the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle, PA with Rev. Dr. Robert Cook officiating. Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery Greencastle. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:30 – 11:00 AM.
