Frances Lorraine (Statler) Keller, age 91 of Greencastle, PA died at 8:30 AM Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Quincy Retirement Village Nursing Center where she had resided for the past several months.
Born March 25, 1926 in Greencastle, PA, she was the daughter of the late D.J. Raymond and Nellie Blanche (Hoover) Statler. She married her husband Ralph Charles Keller on October 11, 1947. He died on December 30, 2014.
Frances was a homemaker most of her life and had also worked at Sunnyway Foods and at the American Store, both in Greencastle. Currently, she was a member of The First United Methodist Church of Greencastle and was formerly a long time member of the Antrim Brethren In Christ Church near Chambersburg.
Surviving family are two daughters, Lita K. Naessig and husband Fred of Greencastle, Tina M. Frazier of Greencastle; one son, Dale E. Keller of Big Cove Tannery, PA; three grandchildren, Justin Keller, Zachary Keller, Dylan Frazier and one step-grandson, Andrew Naessig, two great-grandsons, Jaxson Keller and Mason Keller, one brother Robert Statler of Greencastle and one sister Evelyn Thompson of Greencastle.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers David Statler, Donald Statler, Ivan Statler, Richard Statler, Charles Statler, Tom Statler and an infant brother Carroll Dean Statler.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 6 at 10:00 AM from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Rev. Ky R. Searcy officiating. Burial will be in the Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
